Ecoventure 2010 -- walk the green talk

Hi Guys,

We will be collecting water bottles on 23rd May, meet 0900 at Sengkang CC office Level 1. Here's the jobs I've assigned, know what you need to do, manpower will be finalised on sat. Breakfast and lunch provided!

Hong Yuen+2ppl > collect from Sengkang CC level 1

Yu Hau+1ppl> collect from Sengkang CC level 4

Si Hui+2 ppl> help pack goodies bag and distribute

Wan Ying+2 ppl> collect bottles from People's Association, 9 King George's Avenue 9am - 1pm

Kang Hua+1ppl> photographer

Zheng Yu> Help me coordinate manpower, consolidate ppl will be absent and need to leave early before 6pm.

Mr Chew + whoever is free > Make souvenirs at level 4

Bring soldiering tools, plastic cutters. I'll bring some boxes.

The roles are decided tentatively. We'll be making the souvenirs till evening.
