Our project with Gia Bac do not end here and we are really looking at building a sustainable systems in our developmental work at Gia Bac over the long term. As such we really welcome feedback and will be more than happy to have more volunteers to join us in this continuous process of improving our overseas community service projects. Now that everyone including Harry is back in Singapore, it will be a good time to pull everyone together to consolidate some of the discussions about Gia Bac and the future plans for the work there.
As such, we hope to invite your team to the following:
This session will be a critical feedback and brainstorming session for the future of the developmental work in Gia Bac while we catch up with all the passionate volunteers like YOU that have been to Gia Bac. So really hope to see you and your team around this Saturday afternoon!All of you should have seen this email in your inbox! If you have not already replied Wan Ying, fill up the form below and submit it to us before 8 July so that we can collate the names of the people who would be attending the session.

We intend to teach the Vietnamese
students how to make this simple musical instrument using
bottle caps.
which will be divided into 2 classes.
(Let's assume that these 2 classes will be conducted simultaneously.)
We will require the
following items to make the instrument:
- 12 bottle caps of the same size
- 2 bigger bottle caps (same size)
- some beans / sand
- superglue
As such, we will need 1,120 bottle caps in total (960 smaller
bottle caps & 160 bigger bottle caps) if the students were to have
1 set of items each. If we are unable to collect that amount of items, our next
alternative would be to divide the students into groups.
